Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Secure Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and include all certification documents; use the provided pre-paid, fully insured shipping label to ensure safe transit.

  Quality Inspection

  Once received at our facility, our master gemologists will inspect the item to verify the diamond's authenticity and ensure the setting remains in pristine condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After a successful inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any original expedited shipping fees.
